How to Register?
Step 1 - Register according your membership category. (If you wish to join as a MOA member, please refer to the description below.
Step 2 - Fill in your personal details. (Note: Please ensure that you email address and mobile number are correct as we will be sending special code to your email.)
Step 3 - Make payment via your preferred payment option. We will send an email to acknowledge the receipt of your registration. Upon the receipt of your payment, we will send you the confirmation letter. Please allow 3 working days to process your registration.

The Secretariat must be notified in writing of all cancellations. Refund will be made only after the conference and only applicable under the following circumstances:

Cancellation on or before 15th March 2018: 50% refund
Cancellation after 15th March 2018: No refund

If no refund is required but a change in participant registration is needed, then the Secretariat must be informed in writing via email to

A certificate of attendance will be issued to all delegates. CPD points will be awarded.

The Organising Committee will not be liable for personal accidents, loss or damage to private property of the participants during duration of the Conference. Participants should make their own personal arrangements.

Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that all aspect of the conference as mentioned in this announcement will take place as scheduled, the Organising Committee reserves the right to make last minute changes should the need arise.
